MOORPARK, Calif. – XP Systems' annual customer conference drew about 550 people to Waikoloa, Hawaii, where they heard about new products and updates on key business considerations such as SAS 70 audits, the Fiserv Inc. unit says. Highlights of the recent gathering included an all-new XP2 Operator Platform for tellers, as well as security and identity protection upgrades, bolstered commercial account and data warehousing functionality, and software development offerings for in-house credit union customizers. Speakers included Fiserv senior vice president Mark Sievewright, who shared business insights, and an update on SAS 70 audits from Dan Murphy, also a Fiserv senior vice president. There also were vendor exhibits and two days of breakout sessions. XP Systems (www.xpsystems.com) provides core processing and other services to about 300 credit unions. Its next customer meeting will be the company's annual Technology Forum in San Antonio, Texas, next spring.
