ARVADA, Colo. – Jane Willard, a 20-year veteran of the Colorado/Wyoming Credit Union Leagues, has resigned, the Leagues recently disclosed. Willard began her career at the Leagues as a member services representative, and in 1986 she became a training specialist. In 1995 she was promoted to vice president of governmental and public affairs, the position she was working in when she resigned. In that position, Willard reported to SVP of Government Affairs Pete Kirchhof. A League statement said Willard left in early September and that "she recently decided that she would like to pursue other career options." The statement continued that, "While she did indicate she is pursuing other options, she did not make the specifics known. The League and credit unions are going to miss her skills, talents and long-standing guidance." Grace Stanton, SVP-marketing/communications and HR said the Colorado/Wyoming Leagues are conducting both internal and external searches to find Willard's replacement.
