INDIANAPOLIS – Indiana Members Credit Union and Capital Plus Credit Union have agreed to merge. Deciding it was a win-win situation for both credit unions, the merger will not only benefit employees but also improves the image of convenience and service to members. The new credit union will have $895 million in assets and will serve 97,739 members. According to CU officials, the move marks one of the largest credit union mergers in the history of Indiana.
