I just wanted to add my own farewell to former publisher Mike Welch to what I'm sure must be a "flood" of accolades and farewells that he's received by now. Mike, you've made a real contribution to this industry, and it's been an enormous pleasure knowing you. I'm going to really miss your weekly column.
