WASHINGTON – A database of credit union contacts kept current through the Internet is the newest offering from Callahan & Associates. The iConnect service is intended to be the most up-to-date list of CU contacts in the industry, and can be used by vendors to create such tools as targeted mailing lists. The basic subscription includes data such as URL, branches and members and key financial figures. For additional cost, fields can be added such as delinquency rates, ATM information and key vendor relationships. The data also can easily integrate into other contact databases such as Access, Act, Excel or Outlook, Callahan says.
