MADISON, Wis. – Carrie Templeton has been named Executive Assistant for the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions by DFI Secretary Lorrie Keating Heinemann. In her new position, Templeton will be the legislative policy director, head of communications and liaison between the DFI and the Governor's office. Templeton comes to the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions with more than eight years of legislative experience at the Capitol, including experience with the Senate Committee of Financial Institutions. She has a master's degree in Public Administration and Policy Analysis from the Robert M. LaFollette Institution of Public Affairs.
