METAIRIE, La. – Louisiana Corporate, located in the hard hit area of Metairie, a suburb of New Orleans, relocated to its business recovery site at U.S. Central Credit Union in Lenexa, Kansas. Louisiana Corporate CU CEO Dave Savoie said he believes the corporate's headquarters are in tact, but the site is inaccessible at this time. The corporate is still processing transactions and will be updating its members via its Web site (www.lacorp.com) and faxes. Savoie reported that all employees are OK, however three employees believe their homes have been flooded, and others are still trying to obtain information about their homes.
