PTCU charges no loan application fee, offers free credit counseling, and cash is made available to members immediately. *PTCU was recognized as one of the Portland Metro area’s Best Lenders by the National Community Reinvestment Coalition in their America’s Best and Worst Lenders: a Consumers’ Guide to Lending in 25 Metropolitan Areas.
