ANCHORAGE, Alaska – Denali Alaskan Federal Credit Union Human Resources Generalist Jackie Tanksley has passed the national certification exam to become accredited as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR). The PHR certification test covers various phases of human resources management, policies and procedures and is administered by the Human Resources Certification Institute. Tanksley has worked at Denali Alaskan for five years, including the past two years in the human resources department. Among her duties at Denali Alaskan are employee orientation and relations, compensation and benefits issues, and organizational development. She is a member of the Anchorage Society for Human Resource Management and the American Society for Training and Development Board of Directors.
