ORLANDO, Fla. – Insight Financial Credit Union has joined the list of credit unions that offer 40-year mortgages. The 50,000-member CU has added the product to its menu of mortgage financing options. The CU can finance 100% of the appraised value or the actual purchase price of the home the member is buying, whichever is lower. Members can also apply for their mortgage online using the CU's Online Mortgage Center, research products and receive approval for their mortgage loan within minutes. Visitors to the CU's Web site can sign up for Rate Watch which emails them rate information. They can select to be notified when a rate hits their desired target or they can choose to receive all the rates for a specific product at certain delivery intervals for a specific duration. Insight Financial has 10 Central Florida locations.
