PASADENA, Calif. – Wescom Resources Group (WRG) has signed five more Southern California credit unions as users of its ATM deposit-balancing solution, and now processes more than 250,000 deposits a month for 20 credit unions nationwide, the tech CUSO says. WRG has been offering the automated, customized ATM deposit-balancing service since 2002. Based out of a secured site in Pasadena, deposits are received, cash is removed and balanced and an electronic file of each client’s ATM deposit activity is then checked against entries made at the ATM by members. A secured Web site also provides images of the activity. The new clients are $236 million Partners FCU in Anaheim, $368 million Ventura County Credit Union, $666 million Altura Credit Union in Riverside, $625 million Financial Partners Credit Union in Downey and $2176 million USC Credit Union in Los Angeles. The five CUs add nearly 70,000 combined ATM deposits a month to the total transactions processed by WRG, a tech CUSO of $3 billion Wescom Credit Union. “With five new credit unions added to our roster, this solution is our most successful product as clients trust us with their ATM deposit balancing needs,” says Kevin Sarber, president of WRG (www.wescomresources.com). Other solutions include service bureau services, home banking, bill pay, automated lending, e-statements, alerts and online membership applications.
