SRES helps seniorsmake smart decisions on real estate and property ownership-relatedissues such as selling the family home, buying rental property,managing the capital gains and estate tax implications of owningreal estate, obtaining a reverse mortgage, moving to a seniorcommunity, and other issues. By earning the SRES designation,Cheney has demonstrated she has the requisite knowledge, experienceand expertise to be a seniors real estate specialist.
