PENSACOLA, Fla. – Credit Union 24, the second largest credit union owned ATM network has elected three board members. Ed Collins has more than 30 years of experience in the credit union movement, and has been a member of the Credit Union 24 Board of Directors for the last three years. Collins worked for NCUA in various positions from 1964 through 1983, and has worked for his current employer for more than 20 years. He also serves as Chairman of the Georgia Credit Union League, and sits on the Board of Directors of CSI, Inc., a Georgia credit union CUSO. Chris Leggett, president and CEO of the $55 million First Coast Community Credit Union, has more than 20 years of credit union experience. Leggett started his career at First Florida Credit Union, holding a variety of positions, including information systems manager, vice president of branch operations and chief financial officer. Leggett has also served as national sales director for PSCU Financial Services, and has solid experience in credit/debit and ATM processing. Larry Scott is one of the original members of Credit Union 24, and has previously served as Credit Union 24′s Chairman. Scott has built a distinguished 35-year history of innovation in the credit union movement, founding the Operations Committee of the Alert Network, introducing the first indirect-lending platform in Florida, and leading the Cypress Group, a consortium of credit unions. A member of CUES, Scott has also served on the Board for the Council of Economic Opportunity, the local Chamber of Commerce and the Rotary Club.
