Regarding your voting poll inquiring whether NCUA has been too strict with the disclosure issues in the conversions of the two billion dollar Texas CUs, I say no they have not. I support the NCUA action concerning the conversion process in Texas. If the Texas credit unions chose not to follow procedure, NCUA should not be blamed for holding them accountable.
