CHANTILLY, Va. – In a sign of its maturation as a market presence, Online Resources Corp. has been added to Russell 2000 and Russell Microcap Indexes. The online banking and payments vendor has about 700 clients, including more than 450 credit unions, and in the past year has made its first two acquisitions: credit card services provider Incurrent and a provider of diversified online solutions and consulting, Integrated Data Systems. Online Resources (www.orcc.com) trades on the Nasdaq as ORCC and was founded in 1989. The Russell indexes (www.russell.com), particularly the Russell 2000, are widely cited and used as benchmarks for investment strategies. “We are pleased to have achieved the market capitalization necessary for the Russell indexes,” said Catherine A. Graham, executive vice president and CFO of Online Resources. “Inclusion raises the company's profile and offers our shareholders the potential for greater liquidity.”
