WI: NSTON SALEM, N.C. – U.S. 5th District Congresswoman Virginia Foxx was one of the many dignitaries on hand to participate in Truliant Federal Credit Union's headquarters grand opening festivities. Located at the corner of newly named “Truliant Way” and Hanes Mall Boulevard, the new Member Support Center and state-of-the-art Member Financial Center features high-tech, high-touch services including live, interactive video-conferencing, cable news feeds, a coffee bar and a kids' section. As part of the retail center, there will be a seven-lane drive through including no-surcharge ATMs. Other services will include an auto buying service, financial planning and investment services, mortgage lending and small business services. The Truliant campus also includes a 120,000 square foot building that sits on 17 acres and houses the credit union's administrative operation, Member Financial Center, member service phone center and support operations. In addition a separate glass pavilion will serve as meeting space for community groups and agencies. To honor the partnership between SCAN, Senior Services and Truliant, a bronze sculpture, “The Storyteller,” will be dedicated in July. “This new building will allow us to continue to meet the needs of our members and to also bring our 250 employees back together under one roof,” said Truliant President/CEO Marc Schaefer. “Beyond the sheer necessity for space to operate, having a functional, utilitarian facility where our staff has all of the tools they need and where they are comfortable in reaching out to serve our members is important to our mission.”
