PHOENIX – Desert Schools Federal Credit Union has recently provided a much needed home to Arizona Saves. The organization is dedicated to providing free education to individuals and families on how to become financially savvy and self-sufficient. Over the last few weeks, the Arizona Saves staff has been busy relocating to the second floor of the Desert Schools building on 6633 N. Black Canyon Highway. Previously, Desert Schools donated computer equipment and funds to the organization and identifying a need for more, the credit union granted them a free lease of office space. “We are pleased to expand our partnership with Arizona Saves. Offering wealth management classes, particularly to low- and moderate-income households, is an invaluable part of Desert Schools’ philosophy and one more way to enrich our growing community,” said Desert Schools Vice President/Chief Information Officer Rondle K. Amstutz.
