MADISON, Wis. – The Credit Union Executives Society and the California Credit Union League are expecting 50 credit union leaders at this year's Advanced Leadership Institute. The six-day institute will be held July 24-29 at Harvard Business School in Boston. The program, in its second year, will include case discussions, faculty presentations, interactive discussion groups and guest speakers. The institute includes HBS faculty who have worked at the forefront of today's industry with executives and board members from organizations around the world. The curriculum focuses on the credit union movement's most challenging issues such as leadership, alignment and organizational change, strategy development, the service value chain, next level marketing, and strategic finance.
