WALNUT CREEK, Calif. – As corporate sponsor of the 2005 Rubber Ducky Derby, Pacific Service Credit Union is asking members and residents alike to "adopt a duck." The 14th Annual Rubber Ducky Derby is a major fundraiser for Oakland's Children's Hospital. "We have been a sponsor of the Rubber Ducky Derby since 2001," said Tom Smigielski, president of Pacific Service CU. "We're glad to support Children's Hospital, because children throughout the Bay Area benefit from its services.
