BARRINGTON, N.J. – The New Jersey Credit Union League has added Compushare, a provider of IT consulting and implementation services to credit unions and other community financial institutions, to the league's preferred vendor program. Compushare is based in Orange County, Calif., and has more than 350 clients. Selection to the New Jersey league's list is based on quality of products and services, investment in research and commitment to the credit union movement, the company says. The firm helps clients plan, deploy and support IT infrastructure, as well as outsource, and remain compliant with federal and state regulations. "Though we already serve many credit unions in New Jersey, being an NJCUL Preferred Vendor will enable more credit unions to take advantage of our exclusive financial services focus," said Romir Bosu, president and CEO of Compushare (www.compushare.com.) In April, Compushare acquired Barrington-based Pifer Financial Systems, expanding its presence into New Jersey and the Northeast. The company has additional offices in Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Las Vegas and San Francisco.
