FERNDALE, Mich. – Credit Union ONE has recently partnered with Farmington-based Suburban Family Credit Union to launch a Credit Union ONE branch in Farmington. Suburban Family CU provides service to over 5,400 members including area church groups, small businesses and civic organizations. “We are pleased to partner with Suburban Family to provide current and new members and select employment groups with convenience and personal service while offering a full range of products and services and mortgage lending options,” said Credit Union ONE Executive Vice President Tom Schaeffler. “As part of our continuing commitment in the Farmington community, we want area residents to know that our membership is open to everyone and that we look forward to serving all of their financial needs.” According to Credit Union ONE Vice President of Strategic Alliances Gary Moody, the partnership will enable CU ONE to provide an additional location to current members while providing enhanced services such as financial planning and business services to members of the former Suburban Family CU.
