ARVADA, Colo. – SunCorp recently announced that total payments made through its online bill pay product surpassed $100 million. Brandt Wilcox, a member of USU Community Federal Credit Union in Logan, Utah, made the payment in March that pushed SunCorp over this milestone mark. To honor the milestone, SunCorp has reimbursed Wilcox for all of the bills he paid online in the month of March. "Our members are continuing to take advantage of our online bill pay product that we offer through SunCorp, because it's an incredibly convenient way to manage the task of bill paying. We've been using SunCorp's online bill pay product since December 2003 and have found it to be easy for our members to both set up and use," said Dennis Child, President/CEO of USU Community FCU. SunCorp's member credit unions own all of their member data, which isn't always the case when other third-party bill pay vendors are involved. "Three years ago, in our first month of providing online bill pay to member credit unions, we processed just $763 worth of payments," said Eric Kenealy, SunCorp President/CEO. "We now have 85 credit unions in eight states using the product and we're processing millions of dollars of bills each month instead of just hundreds of dollars." SunCorp recently brought its bill pay front-end servers in-house
