DUBLIN, Ohio-American Share Insurance announced last week that three of its board members had been re-elected by the membership to three-year terms. During ASI's Annual Meeting of Participating Credit Unions April 20, it was revealed that ASI President and CEO Dennis Adams, Greater Cleveland Fire Fighters Credit Union Treasurer Pete Corrigan, Cincinnati Central Credit Union President and CEO Bill Herring were re-elected to serve another three years. The board members also named Boulder Dam Credit Union Executive Vice President Eric Estes chairman, and Patelco Credit Union CEO Andy Hunter vice chairman. ASI's board sets company policy and guides its business strategies and action plans. Other ASI Board members include Jos Alonzo, a former official in the West Virginia credit union system and former Energy First Credit Union President and CEO Marjorie Harden.
