BUFFALO, N.Y.-NCUA's Office of Small Credit Union Initiatives is holding a Small Credit Union Program workshop May 14 to help small credit unions keep their delinquencies under control. The workshop is free and includes presentations on "Delinquency Control-Effective Collection Techniques for Small Credit Unions" and "How to Properly Handle Inactive/Dormant Accounts." It also features a question and answer period on any topic. St. John United Federal Credit Union is hosting the event in Buffalo, N.Y.
