NEW YORK – qbt Systems has added one big new customer and kept a second. The Manhattan-based provider of middleware solutions will be providing its MultiPoint Integrator solution to PSCU Financial Services to allow the big CUSO's contact centers to expand and integrate its CUAlways member support services program with various core systems. qbt also announced that it has won a five-year extension of its relationship with Open Solutions Inc. qbt's MultiPoint EFT Processor software is used by OSI to connect core systems with ATM, debit and shared branching networks with a wide range of networks and processors, including Certegy, CUSC, FSCC, NYCE and Star. "qbt has worked with many of the leading credit union data processors and has helped PSCU Financial Services come to market very quickly with the necessary online connections in order for us to expand the types of inquiries we can handle on behalf of the credit union," said Mike Hapner, director of strategic business development at PSCU Financial Services.
