Regarding your online voting poll (see page 4), “Should credit unions eliminate “bank” and “banking” from their marketing vocabulary?”, I don’t see how we can altogether. I think we should as much as possible, but it can be difficult. What’s the alternative to home/online banking? Home credit unioning? What I can’t understand is why the oldest credit union in the country (St. Mary’s Bank) continues to have the word “Bank” in its official name rather than “Credit Union”.
