ST PAUL, Minn. -Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union will be offering its 123,000 members some free financial advice soon, online and automated. The $973 million credit union has signed on with Experion Systems to use its Loan and Deposit Account Advisors tool. The interactive solution emulates the dialogue of a financial advisor in guiding members toward the best loan and deposit products for them. "Choosing the right loan or deposit product can be a daunting task for members. Our Automated Advisors educate members and conduct a thorough needs assessment that results in an optimal product recommendation instantly. The member can then make an informed decision," said Ross Blair, CEO of Experion Systems (www.experionsystems.com) in Maynard, Mass. "We believe that Experion's advisors will help us strengthen the relationship we have with each member and allow us to continue to provide exceptional levels of member advocacy even as product lines continue to expand and gain in complexity," said Phil Smith, vice president of lending strategies at Affinity Plus FCU (www.affinityplus.org).
