COLUMBUS, Ohio – Telhio Credit Union has deployed a single sign-on solution for its internal staff from Imprivata of Lexington, Mass. The OneSign solution self-learns and self-updates based on each application’s behavior, sharply reducing the need for IT staff to spend time and resources helping other staffers with password problems, the company says. The 63,000-member CU’s staff had been simply memorizing passwords, providing only limited security. Jason Bittinger, IS project manager at Telhio CU, says, “We rolled out OneSign within days. It was so seamless that many of our users didn’t realize the implementation was taking place until they did not have to log in anymore.”
