WOODLAND HILLS, Calif. – Privately held Integrated Data Services (IDS) announced new deals to provide a range of online banking services to Kinecta Federal Credit Union, Arrowhead Credit Union, Global Credit Union and the University of Utah Federal Credit Union. Kinecta FCU, a $2.7 billion institution based in Manhattan Beach, will be using an automated account enrollment solution, while $845 million Arrowhead, based in San Bernardino, will use IDS for Internet banking ACH and e-statement services. Arrowhead now uses an in-house e-statement solution and is a Corillian online banking client, according to the 2004 Credit Union Technology Survey from Callahan & Associates. Global Credit Union of Spokane, Wash., has contracted for IDS Internet banking services. The $279 million CU currently gets its Internet banking from Symitar, its core processor, according to the Callahan book. University of Utah FCU, a $279 million institution based in Salt Lake City, will use IDS' automated loan automation software, the company says. Woodland Hills-based IDS (www.idsus.com) now has about 50 credit unions among its clientele.
