ST. LOUIS - Anheuser-Busch Employees' Credit Union and its division American Eagle CU are reaching out to their Spanish-speaking members by launching a Spanish-language Web site. Designed to complement existing Spanish print brochures, the site, which features membership applications, product and service "brochure" pages, information on the credit union's Member Rewards program and other general information, represents another step in ABECU's many new market initiatives. Currently Spanish-speaking members also enjoy access to a bi-lingual call center agent and the Tele-Interpreters service. "Hispanics are the fastest growing minority group in the United States. While the percentage of our current members who speak Spanish is small, the potential is great in many of our branch areas such as California, Texas and Florida," said ABECU Marketing/Communications Manager Paula Anderson. The new Web site can be found by visiting the "Habla Espaol" link at www.abecu.org and www.ameaglecu.org.
