RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif. – Just one week into the month, CU Direct Corp. already announced two major new partnerships that speed up the loan processing time for members of credit unions using the CUDL platform. In the first announcement, the administrator of the Credit Union Direct Lending and DecisionApp systems has partnered with the LoanLink Center, a credit union system-owned lending call center. The agreement with CU Direct will allow The LoanLink Center to provide CUDL and DecisionApp credit unions, including those that use the CUDL-Appro Systems interface, with underwriting support 24/7.This will increase a CU’s capacity to underwrite more indirect loans. Based in Dallas, the LoanLink Center helps streamline CU operations with connectivity solutions to more than 18 data processors and loan origination system providers. Last year it processed more than $5 billion in loans. Thirty CU leagues have invested in the operation, and its operations are overseen by an eight-member board of credit union, league, and CUNA Mutual executives. In a second announcement, CU Direct has partnered with The StoneEagle Group, Richardson, Texas, as a Dealer Management System (DMS) integration partner. The partnership means the integrated version of CU Direct DecisionApp is now available to all Reynolds & Reynolds and ADP dealers, the two main dealer management systems among franchise automotive dealerships. The upgrade eliminates the need to manually input loan application information from the DMS into CU Direct DecisionApp.
