AUBURN HILLS, Mich. and SALT LAKE CITY – Digital Dialogue and Indirect Lending Technologies (ILT) have partnered to try and speed the financing process at dealerships. "Using DILLS, our versatile automated decisioning system, increases both speed and efficiency for the credit union as well as members," said Will McGregor, manager, marketing and legal, for ILT. DILLS – Dealer Indirect Lending and Leasing System – is an Internet-based system. Credit unions set their own lending criteria and manage their relationship with dealers. Digital Dialogue provides 24/7 call center support offering credit unions any live assistance they may need round-the-clock. "With Digital Dialogue, a credit union doesn't have to close, and that means it's always open the same hours as a dealer," said Peter Schmitt, COO for Digital Dialogue. In addition to its extensive 24/7 consumer lending services, Digital Dialogue currently processes faxes for credit unions that receive high fax volumes from area dealerships. This fax option will remain for dealerships that prefer to submit loan opportunities in this manner. Digital Dialogue and ILT will soon integrate DealerTrack, the leading online automotive sales and finance platform currently used by more than 24,000 dealers.
