MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Share One, a credit union data processing and Internet services CUSO, said its net income came in at $485,000 last year on gross receipts of almost $3.8 million. Gross income increased by $288,562 over fiscal year ’03, while net income rose by $750,477. Share One is a 30-year old CUSO that has 11 CU owners. It currently has 34 CU clients, ranging from $11 million to $926 million. Share One’s core system underwent a major system overhaul in ’01 when it introduced a new Windows-based core system. Daryl Tanner, Share One’s CEO, said there is renewed interest in the product and he expects to have 40 CU core clients by year-end.
