HERNDON, Va. – Northwest FCU and Justice FCU have joined together to create a virtual branch where members of either credit union can conduct business without human interaction. The new virtual branch, Liberty Crossing, is located in McLean, Virginia. It features video conferencing, Web-based work stations, ATMs, and drop boxes. It allows members to do everything from apply for loans to make deposits . “We believe that the collaborative effort between Justice FCU and NWFCU is a winning situation for everyone involved,” said NWFCU President/CEO Juri Valdov. “The technological conveniences of the new virtual branch will jointly fulfill our members’ needs and will continue to promote the full range of financial services we offer.”
