GLENDORA, Calif. -Executive Compensation Solutions, a compensation and benefits consulting firm that works primarily with credit unions, has expanded its business operations on the East Coast with offices in Boston and Richmond. The Boston office will be headed by Marketing Director, Ken Martinelli. Martinelli comes to ECS with more than 20 years of employee and executive benefits expertise. He was the senior vice president for U.S. Marketing Operations of Manulife Financial. The Richmond office is a joint effort of ECS and BCG Companies. The two firms have worked together for almost 20 years and are both long-term members/owners of M Financial Holdings, a national client-centered cooperative with $3 billion in assets and book equity of $210 million.
