FARMERS BRANCH, Texas – Two new asset-category directors have been elected to the board of Texas Credit Union League. Nancy Croix Stroud, president of First Class American Credit Union, Fort Worth, has been elected for Asset Category C ($20-50 million) and Wayne Vann, president of Navy Army Federal Credit Union, Corpus Christi, for Asset Category E (over $100 million). The following incumbents also were elected by acclamation: Carol Murray, president of Southeast Community Credit Union, San Antonio, Asset Category A (under $10 million); Suzanne Chism, president of Texas Health Resources Credit Union, Dallas, Asset Category B ($10-20 million); and Jada Kelley, president of DuPont Beaumont Federal Credit Union, Nederland, Asset Category D ($50-$100 million). Directors serve two-year terms; the 2005-2007 terms begin immediately following the League's Annual Membership Meeting in Grapevine April 8.
