INDIANAPOLIS – FORUM Credit Union will be using the SilverCloud knowledge management system to provide member information on its Web site at www.forumcu.com, the $836 million credit union says. The information database from New Hampshire-based SilverCloud Software Inc. was originally developed with input from about 20 charter credit unions and now is used by about 65 organizations ranging in size up to $2 billion, the company says. “We are always looking for ways to enhance our members’ experience when they go to our Web site. SilverCloud will help up us ensure that our members’ time is maximized through the provision of fast and accurate information,” says FORUM’s senior vice president of strategy and marketing, C. Andrew Mattingly.
