CORVALLIS, Ore. – Summit Information Systems is now offering new contact management software to its more than 290 credit union clients. The enterprise relationship management suite was developed in collaboration with corporate owner Fiserv's Customer Center Solutions Division. The browser-based solution gives credit union employees a complete history of contacts with the member and communicates with Summit's core system, the company says. Future enhancements will include integration with Summit's member sales and marketing platform, Branch Suite.
