AUSTIN, Texas – Intrusion Inc., a veteran provider of data security services to e-commerce and the military that's now moving into the community financial services market, is the newest member of the Credit Union Information Security Professionals Association. Intrusion Inc. has joined the newly formed CUISPA as a charter affiliate member, joining other firms such as SecureWorks, PM Systems Corp. and CUNA Mutual. The CUISPA has been holding peer group meetings around the country and hopes to have 400 to 500 individual members by year's end. Intrusion Inc.'s newest product is called Compliance Commander, a network sensor and traffic monitor designed to help credit unions enforce data privacy policies and stay in compliance with government regulations. "CUISPA is pleased to have a credit union industry innovator like Intrusion Inc. join our ranks with affiliate membership this week during the National Association of Federal Credit Unions Info Security Workshop," said Kelly Dowell, CUISPA executive director.
