MADISON, Wis. – CUES has launched The Self-Assessment for Credit Union Boards to help credit union boards determine if they are operating at optimum performance. Designed jointly by CUES and BoardSource, the online program touts that it takes the guesswork and bias out of the board evaluation. Here is how it works- board members complete an online 30-60 minute questionnaire at their leisure and completed forms are returned via the Internet. Data is then provided to the credit union. Results can also be professionally analyzed by CUES and a detailed report complete with specific analysis of strengths and areas of improvement can be provided.
