ATLANTA – Creditor Resources, Inc. (CRI), a credit insurance/technology insurance provider, has donated a total of $623,146 to benefit the tsunami relief efforts in Southeast Asia. "We are accustomed to supporting the communities where we live and work through a number of charities and activities each year," said Senior Vice President John Kramer. "We are glad to also have this opportunity to help those countries devastated by the tsunami through our contributions and the foundation's generosity." Foundation donations will be directed to meet both basic and immediate needs of victims as well as the longer-term rebuilding of infrastructure in the affected communities. As such, the American Red Cross and Habitat for Humanity International will each receive 50 % of the donations. The two organizations were carefully selected from a number of relief organizations for their ability to meet the designated needs with respect to this tragedy.
