Jax Metro Credit Union, Jacksonville, Fla., has announced the death of board vice chairman Clyde W. King, Sr. A longtime member, King began actively serving the credit union movement in 1957 as a field representative. His service to the board began in 1966 on the supervisory committee. King worked for the growth of all credit unions in the Northeast Florida area and became a contact for many other credit union board members and officials through his Chapter and League participation.
