SPOKANE, Wash. – Credit reports in Spanish are now available online from SharperLending LLC, a provider of a Web-based platform for credit unions and other lenders to order, store and manage products from multiple vendors at a single point of entry. The company also said it has tightened its integration with the What If Simulator credit scoring and analysis platform from CreditXpert to allow lenders and applicants to better understand credit scores and the impact of late payments. “The mortgage industry is in constant motion, and with the rapid increase in the number of Hispanic homeowners, mortgage professionals that want to compete need to tap this market,” said Dave Black, president and CEO of Spokane-based SharperLending. SharperLending was founded in 1989 and provides credit information, bundled services, mortgage technology and loan origination packaging solutions.
