MUSCLE SHOALS, Ala. – Listerhill Credit Union members have over one million reasons to belong to a credit union. The $295 million credit union has recently awarded its members with a bonus of over $1 million as a show of thanks for their support. "Our members are responsible for the credit union's success," said Listerhill CU President Leonard Holcombe. "This extraordinary bonus was made possible because members have saved and borrowed with their credit union. We've had an outstanding year in 2004 and are returning excess earnings to whom they belong – our members."
