WASHINGTON-CUNA staff and officials will be kicking off the inaugural events on the Hill early and in warmth. CUNA officials will be attending numerous events throughout the city on the eve of the inauguration, including Texas Credit Union League President and CEO Dick Ensweiler, CUNA's current chairman, who will be attending the quadrennial Texas-based "Black Tie and Boots Ball" with his wife at the Marriott Wardman Park. CUNA officials, senior staff, and distinguished guests will enjoy a view of the parade on Jan. 20 from CUNA's Washington, D.C. headquarters at 601 Pennsylvania Ave., located at the head of the parade route. CUNA's executive committee members and selected senior staff will also be attending the swearing-in ceremonies. Additionally, some of these lucky people will be attending some of the balls scheduled for the evening of the 20th.
