AVON, Conn. – COCC has expanded its agreement with OpenSolutions Inc., a deal it says will ensure the core processor canprovide its credit union and community bank clients the latesttools from OSI. COCC, which has about 30 credit unions among its125 clients, completed a migration of its entire outsourced clientbase to OSI's core platform in 2003. The relationship between thetwo Connecticut-based companies dates back to 1997, when the formerConnecticut Online first partnered with OSI to replace its legacymainframe with OSI's open relational platform. .”Today's expandedagreement gives our client institutions access to more of OpenSolutions' state-of-the-art data processing solutions. We know ourclients will be more profitable and efficient as a result of thisagreement,” said Richard Leone, president and CEO of COCC.
