PORT HURON, Mich. – Troops in the 126th Armor Battalion, a division of the Army National Guard, that were scheduled for deployment to Iraq on Jan. 2, got a Christmas surprise from E&A Credit Union. The gift was in the form of a three laptop computers E&A Credit Union donated to JDS Computer Donations, a non-profit organization. The technology gifts will make it easier for the troops to keep in touch with their families in the States while they serve. The laptops included one DellT Inspiron and two HPT OmniBookT XE3, P3. The three laptops worth approximately $1,800 were delivered on Dec. 29.
