CALABASAS, Calif. – Digital Insight Corp. has hired a veteran of more than 20 years in financial and corporate development to be the Internet banker's new chief financial officer and executive vice president. Paul Pucino had been senior vice president and CFO at Tekelec, a publicly traded developer of telecommunications equipment, since 2000. "Paul's strong financial background and proven track record for uncovering strategic initiatives to drive shareholder value will be an important asset as we execute our growth strategy in the years ahead," said Jeff Steifler, DI's chairman, president and CEO. Pucino also has served as CFO at Scour.com and vice president of strategy and new ventures for Galileo International before its merger with Cendant Corp. At Digital Insight, he succeeds Liz Murray, who announced her resignation in September to pursue other opportunities.
