ST PETERSBURG, Fla. – PSCU Financial Services has launched CUAlways, a 24 hour, seven day per week service in which members from PSCU credit unions will be able to call PSCU for information and service to all aspects of the credit union accounts, including general account information, funds transfer, check orders and other routine business. This represents a departure for the card services cooperative which has traditionally focused on providing information for credit union members about only their debit and credit card accounts. “Today, our 24 by 7 Contact Center resolves well above 10 million credit, debit and bill payment inquiries annually from credit union members representing more than 500 credit unions nationwide,” said David Serlo, CEO of PSCU Financial Services. “CUAlways is a natural fit that further leverages our Contact Center’s scale, skilled resources and technology to assist our member credit unions in providing high-touch consumer support 24 by 7 to compete head on with the other financial institutions.” Credit unions will have the option of contracting with PSCU Financial Services for continuous service around-the-clock or to fill a need after normal business hours and on weekends.
