RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif. – Count Pennsylvania and Hawaii among the states CU Direct Corp. has relations with credit unions. The CUSO, which administers the Credit Union Direct Lending system, expanded into Pennsylvania on Oct. 20 and in Hawaii on Oct. 21. In Pennsylvania, Erie FCU is already live, and CU Direct says Erie General Electric FCU is expected to follow shortly. In Hawaii, University of Hawaii CU, Pearl Harbor CU, Kauai Community CU, and Hawaii Central CU went live on the CUDL platform between Oct. 21-29. All together, the six CUs have approximately 140,000 members and $1.2 billion in assets. With the addition of Pennsylvania and Hawaii, that makes 430 credit unions in 33 states CU Direct has relations with. Approximately 5,700 dealerships participate as well.
